WARNING

Many products available from Vapor Place Inc contain nicotine which is a poisonous and addictive substance.  Electronic Cigarettes are intended for use by existing smokers of legal smoking age and should not be used by children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or anyone with pre=existing medical conditions without first consulting your doctor.  Electronic Cigarettes are not meant to cure, treat, or prevent any illness or disease.  Vapor Place Inc products are intended to be used as a tobacco alternative.  These products are not marketed as smoking cessation, nor have they been tested as such.  Keep out of reach from children & pets.

International Shipping

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!  Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Vapor Place Inc!  We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders.  Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law.  

In addition, Vapor Place Inc does NOT currently ship to all countries.  We are rolling out international shipping one country at a time as we research which locations are the most lenient toward e-liquid importation, and offer us the lowest risk of fraudulent transactions.  Currently Vapor Place Inc is only shipping to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the UK, with more countries coming soon.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Vapor Place Inc, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vapor Place Inc, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vapor Place Inc, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vapor Place Inc, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vapor Place Inc, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Vapor Place Inc, LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Vapor Place Inc, LLC.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Rhode Island, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Vapor Place Inc, LLC products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Vapor Place Inc, LLC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Vapor Place Inc, LLC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Vapor Place Inc, LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vapor Place Inc, LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Vapor Place Inc, LLC may link to sites operated by third parties, including those used for credit card processing and age verification. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Vapor Place Inc, LLC, Vapor Place Inc, LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Vapor Place Inc, LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Vapor Place Inc, LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Age Verification

In an effort to comply with new federal regulations and state-specific minimum age requirements, Vapor Place Inc, LLC has implemented a third-party age verification system. At this time, verification is only required once per customer. Third-party (automated) age verification is performed by Veratad Technologies, LLC. Neither Vapor Place Inc, LLC nor Veratad Technologies, LLC will store, share, or sell information collected for age verification purposes.

Automated Age Verification

Customers will have two attempts to verify through the automated verification system by answering a short questionnaire.  PLEASE NOTE:  You MUST be logged into your  .com account prior to verifying your age.  Once the questionnaire is completed, if your age is successfully verified, and you are of legal age to purchase products from Vapor Place Inc, LLC in your local jurisdiction, you will be able to continue to checkout immediately and proceed with your order.  If a customer does not pass on a first attempt, they will have a second attempt in case of any errors.  After two failed attempts, a customer will proceed to the manual age verification process.

Manual Age Verification

After two failed attempts, a customer may still verify their age via a one time manual verification process which includes a short questionnaire and an ID upload through a secure, encrypted third party.  The ID image will be stored in the third-party system for no more than 72 hours, after which it will be permanently deleted.  For same-day response to manual age-verification, please complete the manual age verification form with ID image upload by no later than 3pm Eastern Time Mon-Fri or 12pm Eastern Time on Saturday.  Otherwise, your manual verification will be processed the next business day.

Age Verification for International Customers

At this time, no age verification is required for international customers, unless they are shipping to a US address.  If you are an international customer and shipping to a US address, you will need to complete the manual verification process outlined above.

While Vapor Place Inc prides ourselves on NOT moderating reviews, be they positive or negative, reviews may be deleted if they contain any of the following:

• Harassment direct toward other reviewers/customers
• Reviews posted by non-verified reviewers/buyers that are clearly posted with intent to defame a brand or product.
